Inspired by the heritage Victory Talkies located in Pune, East Street. The artwork holds a special memories of watching some amazing films back in late 90s to early 2000. It took me about 7 months to complete this. The movie poster on the facade was done back in 2002 in MS Paint. The miniature is made using more than hundred small pieces of discarded parts that I could gaze in my junk-repository.
This miniature artefact was bought by a client based out in Dubai almost 10 years later since it was created. What always fascinates me is the journey of junk-materials which I usually preserve, collecting from different places and how it transcends in the form of concept of art
